My one close relative also want to buy one, but after seeing this response of builder he quits his decision. Why builder doesn't understand of customer problems... Thanks god, Finally, I got a fit-out letter from Lodha in last week, The final payment is have to do till Diwali. So, its around 2.75 years late...
