Q: I need 2 BHK near madapur between 30 to 40 L budget. Please let me know the under construction properties which will time 6 to 12 months to occupy.

Hello Vamsy, this project is located very near to Hitech City, Kondapur, Gachibowli and Kukatpally. It is very close to landmarks such as Hitex, Novotel, HICC. Madhapur is a very good locality for investment. This locality is nearer to the all the IT hubs and there are a lot of people of IT professional staying around this locality. All schools and basic facilities are very close to the locality.

Hey Vamsy, this project includes 2bhk and 3bhk. The price for 2bhk will be around Rs 38 lakhs for 1030 sq.ft, for 3bhk it would be 45 lakhs for 1255 sq.ft. Which one are you planning to buy ??
