Hi, can anybody verify their claim of 0.3 km from kengeri proposed metro station to be true? Q: Hi, Am planning to buy a 2BHK flat in PrinceVIlle by Kumar Properties at Mysore Road near Kengeri BMTC Bus station. Please advice if its a good investment and also inputs for the area is welcome.

Princeville is a premium offering from one of the most reputed brands in the construction industry, Kumar Properties. It is a very good idea if you are planning to buy property in Mysore road. As far as I know you can get good returns in future as it is an ideal location for families to settle down and also offers great connectivity to all parts of Bangalore
Thanks for your input. Do you have any idea if the construction work for metro is started in kengeri ?? Because the builder claims that the project is built within o.3 km from the kengeri metro station.
