What is the latest estimate on when work will resume at Orbit Terraces?

Work has stopped since December of 2012. What is the reason for stoppage now? It is not environmental clearance! Hi, The construction will stop till the procedure is completed and the developer gets environmental clearance. Environmental permissions take a long time anyway. Many a time the department insists not to start the project, causing great hardship to us as well as the consumer.
Environmental clearance was obtained in June 2013. Is there something else that is delaying the resumption of construction?
