Amrutha Value is a ready to move in project and has got approval from BBMP & banks like LIC Housing Finance & State Bank of India. Now it depends on you that you want to go for under construction project or ready to move in property.

He has not provided OC in last project fire clearance due to lot of deviations made and it is more than 1 year . Buy at your own risk.
