I was planning to buy a budget flat in electronic city and that's when I came across Royale Mist from VH shelters. Wanted to know if anyone has already bought a flat from them and what has been the experience. Good, bad or ugly?
Also, pl let me know if you know any builder in Electronic city who is offering a 2bhk within 25 lakhs.
Royal Mist is located 3 kms after Electronic Phase II. The project was launched 3 months ago and it will get completed by end of this year. The current rate per sqft going on is Rs 2350 and banks like LIC Housing Finance, Andhra, Axis, HDFC and ICICI are tied up with this project. Yes the project offers only 2 bhk apartments with size ranging from 900 sqft to 1218 sqft.
I have checked with HDFC and it is not registered with them for home loans. That is one concern that I have.

I had a conversation with a guy from Subha Omkara, Electronic city, Phase1 recently and he sounded quite good to me. Wondering if you had a chance to see this property or could evaluate it. If so, pl share your opinion about this builder.

My comments to replies
Recently I have inquired about the project and the sales person told me that I can avail home loan for this project from Banks like Andhra, DHFL, DCB, India Bulls and Canara Bank.
Rate/Sq ft is 2699. A 2bhk with 965sq ft built up area is costing around 31 lakhs. Wat say?

So this place where avani alpine is situated has many apartments coming up in various sizes and prices. Avani is offering a 2bhk of 1025 at 26lakhs and has amenities like gym, conference hall, play area, 2 lifts, power back up and security.
Wondering if you had visited this apartment or whether you have any specific opinions about this unheard builder, pl feel free to share.

Venu, This project is located 300mtrs from Audi service station and if you know about Shriram Summit in Gollahalli, Electronic city, this project is located around 200mtrs away from this. Bosch is at a walkable distance.
