Feedback about buying property at DSR woodwinds
Q: Hi, I am planning to buy a 3BHK flat in DSR woodwinds at Sarjapura Road, just next to Wipro Office for living as of now and a long term investment in property. The rate quoted is 4750 per sf. Would like to know your opinion if this is a good deal? The building will be ready to move in within 3-5 months time.
