We are also facing he same problem. They are very rude and asked us to pay 500 per SFT extra even for mortgaged flat, saying 200 per SFT for Early delivery and 300 per SFT Premium charges. That too they are telling to shell out all money immediately. This is 2nd time they are making change, earlier booking they cancelled stating land is lost in road widening process. Neither they are delivering early and nor they are giving any choice so its total cheating to ask any money extra. There is option to cancel the flat but whatever is paid to government will be lost.
