I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?

does anyone know what can be done legally if the money is not paid back within 75 days, can the customers be protected if something goes wrong, is there a way, does anyone know?? I saw so many who had paid way more than I did, feeling bad for all of them - can something be done to ensure customers do not get cheated with their money......

I am a customer of Gruha kalyan mainly because of their prices and the location of the project. I booked a 2 BHK flat in Gruha kalyan Fern at Nagavara which is near Manyata Tech Park where I work. I am happy with them as I got the papers scrutinized by my lawyer and so far so good.

Hi Gentlemen, I am planning to buy Orchid 2 Gorav nagar, near RBI layout, J P nagar flat. they are offering good discounted flats but ground work nothing started. I am not sure of the authenticity also as it looks a coumpound without their board. just a layout. Please let me know any one have invested and they say this is going to start from August 206.

I am Subhash, I booked a flat with paying booking amount Rs.1,00,000 on 19 Jan, 2016 in Aster Project from GruhaKalyan (GK). I have not got any MOU so far. Please provide any suggestions about project. As per words from GK, they already paid part amount to land owner hence yet to register by GK from land owner.
I suspect is if GK can complete project as they said time. Anyone booked Flat pls call me on 9008060123 we can all unite together to support each other to force GK
Hi Subhsh ..I also booked flat in Aster . And as per them construction will start from Apr-2016 .i asked for BBMP approval ,but they said that it will come in march end. if anybody inquired,pls let me know . Our MOU is ready and said we can collect it anytime..
