Review of project Supertech Aapka Ghar in Noida Extension
Q: Hi, Is this project safe to invest in considering the legal problems ongoing with the builder??

Hi Shaliaja, i do not think that there will be any problems as such because the ongoing legal problem is regarding just one project wherein it happened. So considering the fact that the builder has a reputation in the market we can go and invest, but do take due care to check all paperwork's and get a lawyer involved to verify the papers just to be sure.
Hi...if u are planning to go with Supertech tech drop the plan to buy any property as u r loosing ur money ..recommended u to go with a Gaur ,ajnara mahagun atleast they can deliver thier projects timly as well as construction quality is higher end u got resale easily of there recommended buildres.price wise all are equal.
