Q:
I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?

I have cancelled my booking in Electronic city.Have payed booking amount of 30000.Now i am running behind them to get back my money back.Still now the project is not approved.Please dont fall into this trap..
I am happy to say that I have got my money back..For some reason I am not to delete the post which I have made.They have given me the money after 75 days from the date of cancellation
