Hi Rohit, In agreement it is mentioned stilt parking Semi covered. I wish I had seen my agreement before. I simply went by the words of sales man. He clearly and confidently mentioned that my parking will be just below my apartment which is on 1st floor. Its hard to trust people! We simply lose faith from human kind because of such stupid and fraud people. Moreover, price of parking is not consistent. I am surprised by this. They say that pre launch offer for semi covered parking was 3 lacs and when I booked price was 4.5 lace? This is very surprising for me. I asked my friend to call Forest County sales team and inquire about the new flat in Phase 2. Work of that building is 50% complete and still price of parking lot is 3 lacs.
