Hi, I have also booked a flat in Tierra C in 2010 Jan. During booking they told me the building will be ready by 2012 March, during registration they told me the building will be ready by 2013 March. 2013 Jan I got a letter from Lodha group that due to non-availability of labour and material the tentative fit out would start from May 2014. Now when I mailed them about the possession they are saying the fit out date would be September 2014 and the reason is same old story. Can we all who suffered mentally and financially file a case in consumer court against this builder. I know they have highly paid legal people to fight these things.
