Hi Rupinder, Can you be precise as and when did you buy the property? In real estate industry, if you hold the property for more than 3 years than it is treated as long term capital gain. So that I can help you out in this matter.
Hi Chittranjan, i had purchased property in 2005. I have now finalized property to buy. Pl. tell me after purchase till how much time i can sell this property to save LTCG
