Q: i have a plot of 500 yds in PP town phase 2 at mathura agra road. i wanna sell it. wot is the current market rate and any brokers dealing with the project

Hi Rajan, The rate of residential plots in PP Town Phase-2 at Mathura-Agra Road between 2000-2500/sqyrd.
Thanx Indu. my confusion here is few property dealers say its 4000-4500/sqyd and few of them quote it at 2500-3000/sqyd. i am in a fix wots the real price at that place.
