Is it safe to buy proposed NA plots in Pune Areas like Marunji, Nere & Jambe?
Q: In Pune Areas like Marunji, Nere & Jambe lot of Developers are selling Agricultural plots as a proposed NA plots, so is it safe to buy such plots?

Latest Answer: Short answer - No. Even if developer claims it to be NA, get it verified whether it is Residential-NA, Resort-NA, Godown-NA, IT-NA, or something else. If you intend to build a house on the plot, you should be looking to buy into Residential-NA schemes only.
