Q: Even builder buyer agreements are delayed

Q: Hi All, Me & my 2 other friends also invested in this project almost 3 years back & have already paid 30% of the total payment. 2 of us had invested in 3 BHK 1475 Sq feet apartment and other friend invested in the 2 BHK. We also got a call from the builder office and told us that the project is not moving ahead due to issues created by the villagers in the allocated land. Asking us to sign the refund papers along with an affidavit to get the principal amount back only. They are not willing to give any kind of interest as well on the money paid to them since last 3 years. If all of us get together and file a case against the builder in the consumer court, we can surely get our money back with interest from the builder. I am creating a facebook & WhatsApp group against this builder for this particular project and request all of you to join. Lotus Parkscape project is in hangs and there is a dispute going on between company owners which does not seems to ending in near soon. So pls do not invest there, I am a investor in same property and invested in Dec 2013 but still there is no sign of any construction or progress..

I mailed to the Lotus team on email: Parkscape@lotusgreens.in and get the below reply : Please allow us time until two more weeks, we will then be able to share the details on the progress of the project. Please note that the team is working towards the same.

I visit the builder office and they are ready to refund but need NOC from broker (investor clinic in my case) but they refused to pay interest. Let's all join together to fight for interest . As per new bill builders will have to pay penalty. Today I had visited Builder's Office and as per them If I apply for refund today then mimimum it will take 4 months to refund and they will not pay any interest.
