I was told by the customer care executive that they will start possession activity from March'15! As per my allotment letter, I am supposed to receive possession letter by Dec'13...that is past now. I am just wondering will they give any penalty i.e. Rs. 5/-per sq ft? Someone told me it is 3 months grace period and other person told me it is 6 months grace period for builder in case of delay. I really don't know which is correct. Recently I heard there was a protest demonstration by Kosmos flat owners in Jaypee office and then the officials told them that they will finish the project by end of this year.
