Please don't buy in Prajay. I am also facing the same problem. These guys are really rude when it comes to any issues, they are not ready to give proper answers. Accept for 12 month postponement or go to hell, they do not care about the agreement. I do not think there is any thing useful for purchaser written in the agreement and even if we proceed legally, nothing can be done. They are talking like as per agreement no one can do anything even if they postpone it for few more years. If you read the agreement clearly there is nothing mentioned stating the purchaser can do something to seller even if they break the rules. It is better to have a community for us instead of wandering around without knowing what other purchasers are doing. Please let me know if we have a group or else join the group "Prajay Megapolis Phase-II" in facebook in case if you want to share us something.
