Investing officer is Mr. Satya Prakash (S.I.)
The complaint case no. 461/1/14 via (Mr. Virendra Kumar Mehra vs Decent Colonizer Pvt. Ltd.) has been proceeding in the courtroom of Sir Sh. Vivek Kumar Gulia (Metropolitan Magistrate).
The proceeding had been done on following dates:
1) dated 01/10/2015
2) dated 28/10/2015
3) dated 18/11/2015
4) dated 16/12/2015

I have also invested in that project, and I saw from last one & half year, still there is no progress at the site. I think I have been cheated from last 2 years. I am also with brother.
