Q: : Hello all..I had come across this project while coming though graphite india road. Plz suggest regarding locality, price and any legal opinion about the builder and project. Had anybody booked flat in this? Also metro might come infront it, will it affect the apartment.

Hello Basha, The project has been approved by BBMP and the builder is going to provide both A Khata and Occupancy Certificate.
