Aryan Founttain Square Attibele qualifies as a good investment
Q: I have been wanting to invest in Sarjapur Attibele Road for the past three months. I visited the site of Aryan Founttain Square where the construction is going on in full swing. I have planned to invest in a 2 bhk apartment here. The possession I have been told is in April 2015. Will I be able to get a good appreciation from this investment. I am also interested in a good rental income to mitigate my loan EMI. Can I expect a rent of between 8000-10000 rs from this place in a year'stime when they are granting possession

Hi Sawant,. the told me that they are going to give the possession by Marc 2015. Why there is difference in the possession date. Can you provide me the details about the approvals and when was the project launched?
As I have already highlighted construction is in full swing. A delay of 1 to 3 months may be expected in possession, which is normal in the real estate market
