No. Don't Invest in Rosebay. These developers already have a project signature Tulips which started 3yrs back still in pathetic condition. No Roads, No proper amenities. Lots of Legal issues, still prolonging I suggest better invest somewhere rather struggling & killing yourself .... One of the worst developers seen .... Very Bad .....No. Don't Invest in Rosebay.
