Purva Eternity in Kakkanad offers 2BHKs and 3BHKs for Rs 3500 per square foot. The 2BHKs are 1290 square feet in size, so they will cost you around Rs 45.2 Lakhs. The 3BHKs come in two different sizes, 1595 square feet and 1742 square feet. The total cost of these apartments would be about Rs 56 Lakhs and Rs 61 Lakhs. The top few floors of the Purva Eternity are being sold as the Purva Skycondos Phase I. So these apartments have higher price rates of Rs 4900/square foot
Rs 45.2 Lakhs is not including Car parking,Club House ,fees and taxes for 2 bed room. Rs 58-60 lakhs with fees and taxes and car parking,Club house.I have one for sale at B building at 12th floor, EB 1202 .Price Rs 54 lakhs(Including car parking,club house,fees,taxes..) Joy John.
