I booked a flat in this project in 2011 with Rs.5000/sf. But construction didn't start event after 2 years of my booking. Builder gave a lot of reasons at last i took my money back and exit from the project. I would suggest not to invest in Paradise Group project. They just misguide and use to please the people who have booked the flat saying that the present rates have been shoot up so it's your benefit, but you cannot book profit gain by selling the same flat, you have to return the flat to builder only with the booking rates only.I booked a flat in this project in 2011 with Rs.5000/sf.
