Interested in buying a flat in Aditya celebrity homes.
Q: Planning to buy a 1445 sqft flat at Aditya celebrity homes. Can you help me know the progress of construction, reputation of builder and can a buyer trust them? Do they have all approvals in place?

can anybody suggest why celebrity homes price are more than with other nearby projects like jm orchid / silicon city? are they providing something extraaaa?
I think this because Dealers have made it like that because the current circle rate is around 3700 (bsp) + PLC and other floor wise charges. there is a document by authority for sector wise BSP
