Dear All, I request to all who are planning to buy a house from Vijay Sai Constructions or Ravoos Nandan, Kadugodi post (akshyproperties@gmail.com); kindly don’t proceed. They are best in poor quality of construction and poor management. They are the biggest cheaters in the world. Ravoos has the tie-up with Vijay Sai constructions means Mr. Lingaraju and his associates (Shiva, Satish, Mohmaad etc). All the houses are full of cracks, water leaking problem, and garbage smell (builder did not give any provision for garbage), rural electricity line, roof top cracks, no jog park area etc etc. All the workers are unskilled including the people who says that they are the engineers and holds a B.Tech degree. Every rainy season we pray to god, pls stop the rain as we don’t know when the roof top start leaking. Even the 0,1,2 floor houses are facing the same problem.
