Hi Guys please don't invest in bulider Lingaraju projects he is a pure cheat
Q: We invested in one of his projects Vijaya Sai Lumbini Appt in Kadugodi and he is a total fake. There are numerous issues we are facing like faulty constuction, cheap material and walls full of cracks and missed joints. Please I will request all not to invest in any of his future projects in Kadugodi. For more details please come to our appartment and find the reality. His new prject is "RAVOOS NANDAN" in Kadugodi itself with collaboration with some other builder. Feel free to contact on same forum.

I absolutely agree to the comments above and I am also a sufferer in Lumbini Apartments. This apartment has been made with the cheapest raw materials available in market. Cracks are all over within a year of possession and water leakage during rains are adding to crisis. On top of it its still not completed yet and being not handed over as well. Please guys dont go for any apartments built by these frauds. they will fool you like anything.Please come to our apartments before buying any flats from them and see the pitiful state.I absolutely agree to the comments above and I am also a sufferer in Lumbini Apartments.
