Need legal advise
Q: I have purchased plot in Dwarika NA plot scheme. Builder has not provided any amenities as committed in the broacher. No roads, light, water and other amenities. 75% of the plots in the scheme are demonized by old owner as he claimed. Meaning that there is some legal issue. Due to this I have decided to get rid of the plot and I am asking builder to pay me my money back. he is not responding. What should I do?

Latest Answer: Hi Shankar, I would like to suggest you to before investing in any project first you have to check the background of builder and project. But anyway I dont think builder will return your money back. you can consult a reputed lawyer to know about the legal aspects of the order and what is mentioned in your property agreement. Thanks.
