Heera Dreams, Alathara, Sreekariam.
Q: Booked a flat in Heera Homes, Alathara, Sreekariam over three years ago. Paid 1/3 of amount already with bank loan. Work has been halted for over two years now. Heera has not officially notified any customers. Are we going to be cheated?

I have given 6 lakhs in This project. Now they raised the rate. Even though they promised they will return the amount with 8 percent interest they have not given back even after 6 months.
