Details about Sekhar Hyde Park
Q: Earlier they where quoting Rs 2900 per sqft and now they are quoting Rs 3100. What is the reason? When they are planning to give the possession?

What is the current price going and how much will a 2 bhk cost me? How much do I have to pay for booking?
Current Price is 3300 per sqft. 2 BHK starts from 1045 sqft which will cost you 43L and booking amount is 2 L.

Ok Cool!! When is the possession expected? Is the builder providing OC and CC for this project?
Hi Bhawani, As per my knowledge many builder will tell that they are providing OC & CC but later fail to provide it but when compared to other builders Sekhar Developers are genuine they tell upfront that they will not provide OC and there price is also affordable.
