I am planning to buy one flat of 1300 sqft in tower Z of this project. I am arriving at this decision post receiving following input from broker  Location of the project is very good. Well connected with Delhi/Ghaziabad/Faridabad.  One flyover is proposed which will connect Noida expressway through Sec-78 Noida.  Metro connectivity would also be there in future as per proposed plan.  L&T geostructure is doing construction of this project.  Adopting pre-cast technology.  Price is very attractive as compared to nearby projects of other builders like Gaur/Mahagun/Supertech/Ajnara etc I am bit confused to invest in this project as past of the amrapali is not good specifically regarding the construction quality. low price is also confusing since the offering is some what at par with almost all other projects but at higher price.
