Hello friends... My Name is Pankaj and I have done a biggest mistake in my life to buy a flat in GR Queens Pride Apartment. Both Husband and Wife (Ram and Geetha) are big fraud and cheater. They will be very polite before dealing and once deal is done then you will see the real picture. This project has been started on 2011 and still we don't have any hope for the completion of this project. Every time they will see within 15 days, it will be complete and 200% - Ram Mohan false word but 15 days never come and 200 % means they will not complete. We are around 30 families living inside and struggling with the basic amenities but there is no progress. They are not approachable and not picking calls also. If you will book a flat here then you will be in trouble. Before making a deal, talk to residents here and then plan. Builders are threating to customers also that if you want to go to court/police then go ahead, we don't have any fear.Hello friends...
