we also liked the project but the carpet area doesn't even come near to the super built up area and phase I reviews aren't good though. leakage at top floor and the construction is above average.
I totally and completely agree with this comment. Super-Built area to Carpet area is VERY VERY poor. Just compare a VER BIG builder like Mantri Serenity and a 3 BHK 1520. and check that floor plan with that of this builder's 1671 or 1755 plan.. You would know what I mean... and what Meghana means.
