hi, any signed slaeaggrement for orchads aspen block, regarding this i have couple of questions. In case of delay in construction, Orchards aspen saleaggrement says they will give compensation as 3 rs per sqft that mean if you flat total area is 1024 then 3*1024=3072Rs per month. Is this acceptable, what is market standarad in case of delay in projects by developers.

The Video Map on the website shows that the Airport is 18 kms away from Brigade Orchards while the sales staff insists it is 9 kms from the Airport. Could someone throw light on this discrepancy ?

I too have booked a 3BHK (F-206) in Banyan Block. It is self-financed, so I do not have any idea whether SBI has approved, but I guess that even if they have not, they should do so in due course.
I also suggest we should establish and maintain contact with each other as I do not know of any other person who has purchased an apartment in this project.

Hi Santosh. An acquaintance of mine who is based in Bengaluru said that Brigade was now selling flats in 'Banyan' at Rs. 2990/- psf. Are you going to sell at a figure lower than that ? Also, are we permitted to sell our flat at this stage ? I thought we have to at least register the agreement...
You can. But Brigade will charge you Rs 100 /sft as their commission or documentation fee.
