I want to know the procedure and the fees for change of name on the pmc property tax bill and on MSEDCL as well
Q: I was told to get following docs: 1. sale deed 2. index II 3. society NOC 4. tax NOC and they said they will charge around 25 to 30 % of the property tax payable i.e. the tax payable is 7250/- so the charges are around 1812/- to 2175/-... so I want to know is this the correct fees and also are the docs sufficient as I do not want to keep pacing between my place and the tax office...

I want to change of property tax in my name in PMC pune office. property located in and registered society at Dhanori, PMC Pune. Will you plz tell me the correct and detail procedure including location of the PMC of office, charges for the same and documents. I have sale deed xerox copy, tax paid receipt by previous owners upto March 16.
