I dont recomend this project. There is a dispute between landlord and the builder. They will not show you Builder flats. This property do not have CC, NOC, or OC but they say you can get a loan. CC and OC are very very very important incase you want to sell in future cuz banks will ask for them or else the buyer will not get a loan to buy your flat. So its pure Financial Suicide.
