The quality of construction is really good. I did do some re-search on the project and luckily spoke to a couple of guys who have invested in the project. They seem happy they had a really pleasant experience with regards to buying the property and the project is also going on as per schedule. The amenities are extremely well laid out with lots of open spaces. You can see that there is no deviation from the amount of open spaces left.The quality of construction is really good. The main reason for me not buying the flat here was the budget. But they have another project in Akshaynagar main road named, "Sumukha Maple Grove". I would definitely invest there. I'am just waiting for the CC before booking. The builder is very professional and transparent. A really pleasant change from the nightmarish experiences i have had so far.
