Collecting maintanence from land owner share
Q: Our project is a JDA one and builder has sold all his flats and people also moved in. Land owner has just started selling his share. We've completed 1 yr of builder maintenance and now formed association to run on our own. Land owner is not ready to pay the maintenance and we are finding it very difficult to collect the funds from him. Without his contribution, it has become a burden on our pockets. Please suggest some ways to collect maintenance from him.

Latest Answer: Hi Rajhu, As per my Knowledge Before creation of Association builder has taken u some maintenance charge. Go through agreement paper and check it out necessary clause added with that agreement. The builder has to handover the corpus fund and all common facilities to apartment owners association when new association is formed.
