Current status of Riyo I
Q: Hi Friends, I have also booked 2BHK last year in Riyo Phase 1. Is anyone have any update regarding the IOD & CC.

My comments to replies
Jaycee still waiting for IOD. There is no progress as on today.
Just got confirmation from builder that Land transfer has been done and now they are awaiting for NOC, which is expected by this month only. Once NOC is received they will start process for IOD. This is for Phase one only. Please call builder and cross check, to make sure.
