Delay in 2nd Phase Registration of Neo City
Q: Any idea why 2nd phase registration of Neo city is delayed??

Only Phase - 2 and Perticular E building is delayed. You can see, from last 14 months there is 0% progress in work. I understand that there is legal land ownership issue with adjutant land owner. That's the reason Phase - 2 E is not progressing further. This is the status of 16/07/2014. Please form group of E building flat holder and need to go to court or at least Grahak Panchayat. My comments to replies
Neo City is a well known project located at Wagholi in Pune by Jalan Group.It offers 1 and 2 bhk flats with amenities like fully equipped gymnasium,swimming pool,clubhouse,jogging track,party lawn and much more.
Dear please reconfirm your knowledge about Neo City. All the amenities mentioned by you is not offered by Neo City.
