@ Farhan, Omaxe panorama city (whole township), City homes (low floor group housing) was launched at appx. 1350/sq. ft. in 2010-2011. Rates last year (2013) of group housing was 2550/sq. ft.
Plots were launched at around 7000/sq. yds. at the same time. Current market price of plots in resale is around 18000/sq. yds. (170 & 225 sq. yds.).
Price of 100 sq. yds. villa (simplex) is around 32.5-33.5 lacs & 170 sq. yds. villas (simplex) is 57-60 lacs.
Villas were launched at around 15 lacs (100 sq. yds.) & 23 lacs (170 sq. yds.) respectively.
This is the growth rate of Omaxe panorama city in past years. It’s a good idea to invest with omaxe in bhiwadi, but keep in mind always follow BUY-HOLD-SELL tactics. Never go for BUY-SELL. People always expect immediate returns which is currently not possible in bhiwadi.

@ Amit, sales persons have the following inventories-
Unsold flats-Either top floor inventories or available due to cancellation.
Unsold plots-Either corner, irregular or big sizes are available.
Unsold villas-Either corner or available with extra land.
Builder will sell off the above mentioned inventories as per current rates of booking, booking were closed on 2550/sq. ft. last year.

most of the listings are posted by the delaer , as we are in process of searching, we are not having luck even for buying apartment, if the price is good we need to wait until its done or vice versa , so any advise on considering a broker/dealer for house hunt?

We have charged a huge interest in the name of delay payment at the end of installments however it was never reflected by the builder earlier and show figure as zero.
How can I make complaints against him.

@ Arvind, check your contract/buyer’s agreement you have executed with the builder. Generally, all builders charges interest on delayed payments.
