I am planning to buy property at Dhammanagi Sumo leaves Kanakpura Road. Please let me is there ground water problem.

My comments to replies
Currently how much is the rate per sqft going on in this project and has the project got approval from BBMP.
In Last One year Real estate price came down in Bangalore so i am hoping it will be 4000 per/sqft, i have not yet finalized price and Project. If i get good price than i am thinking to consider. What i heard from representative is OC and CC they will provide so they might have got BBMP approval.
