Hi All, I am planning to buy a plot in VILLA GREEN. Can anyone provide their experience? They are quoting Rs:1750 per sqt and they arranged loans for the plots upto to 75%. But I have doubt if in case we won't able to repay the loan or construct the house within 3 yrs. Whether it would convert into a personal loan?
