Whether Vrindavan Green Project is approved by GDA and up to which floor. Has it got all approvals for Home Loan if go for purchase of floor. Or approval takes time? Home loan for 7th to 11th floors are being given by bank or not?
Understand this project is yet to be approved beyond 6th floor for compounding fee which is to be paid.

I am a resident of Vrindavan Green apartment and a member of the Association. As far as the Compounding is concerned the picture is not clear. Every Sunday the residents meet up and discuss the issues. We have given several notices to the River Builder's Directors to present on Sunday and address the resident for Compounding and Sewerage issue, but they have never showed up. They are hiding themselves and do not want face our questions. There have been so many changes in directorship as well since last one year. All the directors are not showing any interest in this project now as almost all the flats are sold out. Some of these directors have also started project in Noida with the name of DSD Homes - Noveena Green. They are just selling dreams and not at all fulfilling them.
