hello sir, what is the rate of stamp duty and registration fees on gifting a property to close relative in M.P.
Q: At present the value of property as per Government guidelines is double than the actual value of the property in the market. How can we deal with this situation

Latest Answer: Hi, I think you should you contact SRO for this, i think only they can provide you the right information. According to me presently(2014) Stamp Duty is 8% and Registration fees is 1% in Madhya Pradesh.
