What is the expected rent at DS Max Sangam - Kadugodih for 3 bhk of about 1400 sqft in 3rd floor?

Hi rajiv, plan to buy a flat there. so just enquiring what rent i can expect in the next 1 year for this property?
Varsha, Only by 2015 start the project is expected to complete.. And approvals are a different thing altogether.

What would be the carpet area for 1400Sq.ft apartment in DS Max sangam? How much is the common area? give a split up.
Q: I want to buy an apartment in Whitefield. How far the apartment located, from the upcoming metro line? Bus stop nearby? What about schools and hospitals?

My comments to replies
carpet area comes upto about 920 Sqft and (67%) and 12% walls and remaining 20 % is common area.

Thanks for the information Supratim. Can you tell me some more details about the project. What is the price per sq ft and how much is the area of 2 bhk and 3 bhk ?? I m looking for 2 bhk...so is it available ?
