All, Do not trust Land Marvel - Read and decide.- Do not let your money deceived by others I have booked a flat in Solaray perumbakkam in Aug 2012 and paid the 8 lakhs and made the agreement. However there is no progress till 13 Jan 2105 and cancelled my booking in Feb 2014. Till now there not settling the amount and there is a lot of dispute between the Land owners, Power agent of Land owners, Arul Constructions, Land marvels and others. At present the project will not start as it is going for litigation buy the flat buyers. Also Land Marvel got the loan from IOB for 10 corers and not paid so they are taking some legal action against Land Marvel. The firm is not trustworthy and double check and proceed.
