I saw a flat to buy in rly.new colony but it has a burial ground nearby it is visible if we open the windows of bed room / hall, is it good to buy such property please let me know .

i need some help to find a decent villa in a gated community in and around vizag( say between sheela nagar and madhurawada).
The property should be built in atleast 200 sq yrds with maybe 2000 sft built up area.
