I am looking to buy a house in Hyderabad and I am software employee.Please Suggest me which is better for me a "Villa or an apartment" ? I am thinking of it as an investment. Because right now I am in USA and may come to India after 3/4 years. if I extend my stay in USA after 3/4 years I should be able to sell my property with good appreciation. Hope you understand my current situation, please share your thoughts on this.

I am planning to buy an apartment house in a gated community in Hyderabad. Here is my requirement.
1. Area - Hi-Tech City, Gachibowli, Madhapur, Kondapur and 5km radius of Cyber towers.
2. Budget - 80 to 90 lakhs.
3. I can wait for 3/4 years, if a good property is under construction.
Please do consider my requirement and suggest me few good options that I consider.
Hye, there are many upcomin projects in the areas that you have mentioned where you can get a good 3 bhk or 2 bhk apartment. In Gachibowli, you have the Golf View Apartments, BRC Sri Hema Durga apartments, Magnum Opus Apartments, Jains Carlton Creek and the Raka Pushpa Atria in the budget that you have mentioned.
Right now I am in USA, I can't go around and see different properties. Can some one please help me in knowing more about Rajapusha Atria and my Home Vihanga.
1. are these 2 are good picks. which is the best bet ?
2. do you know the SQFT value ?
3. I am looking for a property who can deliver me in next 3 years (may be early 2018).

Getting a good apartment in hitech city with that budget is a little tough actually. But there are some projects in here that come under that bracket , like the Ashvita by the Mahindra Lifestyle. The price for the apartments in here is 52 lakhs to 84 lakhs, and the built up area of the flats varies from 1200 sq ft to 2000 sq ft.
Thanks Achyutt Reddy. Can you please help me in sharing your view on Rajapushpa Atria and Hy Home Vihanga ? and please do share if you have any suggestion on the similar lines.
